Cancellation of the convened creditors’ meeting

Due to the ongoing regulatory requirements for the protection against health hazards associated with the virus, and the resulting non-approval of the creditors’ meeting. The Carpevigo AG creditors’ meeting convened by notice in the Federal Gazette on 02 December 2020 is cancelled.

The meeting will take place at a different location and date, which has yet to be determined and will be announced separately. Information will be given as to when the creditors’ meeting is convened again.
