CARPEVIGO Holding AG – Annual General Meeting


Consolidation continues

Holzkirchen, 24.11.2023, CARPEVIGO Holding AG, financier of solar parks and power plants for solar power generation, held its Annual General Meeting on November 21, 2023. The Management Board reported on business development. The annual financial statements for the 2021 and 2022 financial years were presented and discussed.

With total assets of € 11,572,603.83, the 2022 calendar year closed with a net profit of € 6,777,519.39, which is mainly attributable to the reduction in liabilities due to restructuring.

The actions of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board were approved.

The company’s future strategy will continue to focus on consolidating the Group.
