Interest payments made on schedule

CARPEVIGO Holding AG, financier of solar power generation plants and power stations, has made its interest payments on the bond as scheduled.

The annual interest for the bond with the WKN A1MA45 was paid to the investors on time on September 30, 2023.

In accordance with the creditors’ resolutions, the Energy Bond with the WKN A1PGWY was settled and dissolved. The last shares of the Energy Bond have been transferred to the bond with the WKN A1MA45, so that all bond investors have received their interest payments.
