Bonds

As a suitable alternative to bank loans, companies have the option of issuing bonds. By issuing bonds (bearer bonds), the company borrows capital from financiers and grants them a fixed interest rate in return. After a predetermined term, usually between two and ten years, the capital is then due for repayment to the investor.

“Bond” (also referred to as “bond”, “debentures” and (bearer) debentures) is a collective term for securities (bearer debentures) that embody the right of the holder of the certificate to demand repayment from the issuer of the certificate of the bond capital previously provided as well as annual – usually fixed – interest.

CARPEVIGO Group bonds are generally listed and traded on the Munich Stock Exchange. Investors can thus buy and sell CARPEVIGO Group of Companies bearer bonds during the term of a bond.
