CARPEVIGO Holding AG Annual General Meeting

Consolidation Continues

Holzkirchen, November 22, 2024: CARPEVIGO Holding AG, a financier, planner and developer of facilities and power plants for solar power generation, held its Annual General Meeting on November 20, 2024.
The Management Board reported on business developments. The annual financial statements for the 2023 fiscal year were presented and discussed.
The calendar year 2023 closed with a balance sheet total of €11,294,667.27 and an annual balance sheet loss of €192,154.78.
The actions of the supervisory and management boards were approved.
In addition to the planning and financing of new photovoltaic power plants, the company’s future strategy will focus on consolidating the group.
