CARPEVIGO Holding AG -Annual General Meeting – Consolidation Continues

Holzkirchen, 22.11.2024, CARPEVIGO Holding AG, financier, planner and developer of plants and power plants for solar power generation, held its Annual General Meeting on November 20, 2024.
The Executive Board reported on business development. The annual financial statements for the 2023 financial year were presented and discussed.
The 2023 calendar year closed with a balance sheet total of € 11,294,667.27 and a net loss for the year of € 192,154.78.
The actions of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board were approved.
In addition to planning and financing new photovoltaic power plants, the company’s future strategy will focus on consolidating the Group.
