CARPEVIGO Holding AG – Annual General Meeting
Consolidation continues

Holzkirchen, 24 November 2023, CARPEVIGO Holding AG, a financier of solar parks and power stations for solar power generation, held its Annual General Meeting on 21 November 2023.
The Executive Board reported on business development. The annual financial statements for the 2021 and 2022 financial years were presented and discussed.
The 2022 calendar year closed with a balance sheet total of € 11,572,603.83 and a net profit of € 6,777,519.39, mainly due to a reduction in liabilities due to the reorganisation.
The actions of the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board were approved.
The company’s future strategy will continue to focus on consolidating the Group.
