Interest payment made on schedule

Holzkirchen, 06.10.2023. CARPEVIGO Holding AG, a financier of parks and power stations for solar power generation, has made its interest payments for the bond as scheduled.

The annual interest on the bond with the WKN A1MA45 was paid to investors on 30 September 2023.

In accordance with the creditor resolutions, the energy bond with the WKN A1PGWY was wound up and cancelled. The last shares of the Energy Bond have been transferred to the bond with the WKN A1MA45 so that all bond investors have received their interest payments.
