AM Generalbau und Management GmbH

AM Generalbau was founded in 1981 in Munich. Its business activities range from the classic engineering and architectural services to project development, construction management, project monitoring as well as general contractor and developer.

The construction management for the maintenance halls of the German Lufthansa in Munich (investment volume of app. € 270 mio .), the general planning and the construction management for the construction of the Land Labour Court and Social Court of Saxony are only some of its successfully implemented projects, as well as the new development and restoration of residential and business buildings in Germany and Spain. The service offer is completed with the planning and construction of infrastructure facilities, such as the currently under planning construction of five sewage works in Andalusia, Spain. The experiences on the Spanish market constitute the basis for the collaboration with Carpevigo.
